A careerin two industriesand one principle.
Fifteen years on Wall Street. Twenty years selling Miami. One billion dollars closed.

I am Brazilian. I have lived in Miami since 2000. I have sold over one billion dollars of real estate in this city, and I have done so in three languages: English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
That is the surface of a career. The substance is older than that.
For fifteen years before real estate, I worked in finance: first at Credit Suisse First Boston, then Prudential Securities, then Wachovia Securities. I served as a financial advisor. My clients trusted me with the discipline of their capital, and the relationship was the relationship, not the trade, not the year, not the market cycle. The relationship.
When I obtained my Florida real estate license in 2005, I brought that practice with me. A home is a larger decision than most positions on a balance sheet, and a more permanent one. The discipline applies. The discretion applies. The duty to the client applies most of all.
I work for international and domestic buyers who have already done the arithmetic. They know the city, the segment, and the size of the decision. My role is to find the address that fits, to negotiate it quietly, and to close it cleanly.
I do this with a small team. I do it with patience. I do it with the expectation that you will call me again in five years, in ten, when the next decision arrives.
Founding Agent, SERHANT. Miami
A service philosophyLuxury begins with service, and ends with trust.
Discretion. Discernment. Devotion.
- DISCRETION
The client's name, the price, the timeline, none of it travels beyond the room. This is non-negotiable. It is also the first service we provide.
- DISCERNMENT
A market the size of Miami's offers more wrong addresses than right ones. The job is to know the difference, and to spare the client the rest.
- DEVOTION
We do not sell properties. We build relationships that outlast them. The first transaction is rarely the last, and that is the metric we keep.
- PROTECTION
Every decision is guarded on three fronts at once: legal, emotional, and financial. The duty to the client is not only to close, but to keep them whole.
Sophistication with authenticity — the whole of it in service of the long relationship, never the single sale.
